Pregnancy Yoga

In a supportive environment that welcomes everyone, you will learn safe, gentle postures and movements specifically adapted to pregnancy that will leave you, calmer, more confident and physically stronger as you move through each stage of your pregnancy and in preparation for your birth.
You will be guided by your qualified pregnancy yoga teacher, Katy, to build strength making you feel active during this magical time. Katy offers yoga modifications for everyone where needed, to fully support every trimester as we focus on toning, strengthening, stretching and relieving tension to support your beautiful pregnant body as your baby grows.
You are welcome to start from 14 weeks all the way up until baby is due and you don’t need to have any yoga experience!
Enjoy meeting other pregnant mums and walk away feeling amazing within mind and body!
Classes are held at The Millennium Hall, Britannia Road, Burbage - free parking, air con, heating, clean tidy environment.
We spend 45 minutes enjoying our beautiful yoga practice followed by 15 minutes of wonderful relaxations at the end of class, which leaves you totally relaxed and calm.

Enables you to use your 4 classes over 5 weeks from purchase.
SINGLE CLASS - PAYG - £10
These are single classes where you can pay as you go if you prefer.
Please note once you have purchased your package, you will then need to book your classes to ensure your space at the class. Click the ‘schedule’ link to book classes, once purchase has been made.
No classes can be carried over.
YOGA MATS: I have spare yoga mats and bolsters at the Millennium Hall, but please bring your own mat if you have one. Thank you.
