Postnatal Yoga & Fitness Classes

We are here for you…

Our postnatal yoga classes have been designed with new mums in mind & are focused on empowering, strengthening & nurturing you.

You are in safe hands with your postnatal yoga and fitness specialist Katy, as her passion is to deeply support you after the birth of your baby, so you feel strong again in a nurturing and supportive way.

All Classes are at The Millennium Hall, in Burbage and all equipment is provided for you. Baby is very welcome to come along and we provide bouncers and play mats.

THE NEXT DISCOUNTED BLOCKS AVAILABLE TO BOOK NOW:

  • NOVEMBER 5 week block - 6th, 13th, 20th & 27th Nov & 4th Dec - £45

  • If you cant make all the classes, do pay as you go!

These classes strengthen, stabilise, & support your body after birth. Reconnect, restore balance, & move with confidence in a nurturing space. Baby is welcome and everything is provided for you (yoga mats, all equipment and baby bouncers and playmats)

Start from 6 weeks post birth. 6-8 weeks for episiotomy, or 10 weeks post caesarean birth or 3rd/4th degree tearing.
