We invite you and your birth partner to join Body to Baby’s hybrid group Hypnobirthing course this May. (ideal if you are due late June/July/early August)

We will enjoy live online sessions as well as face 2 face sessions.

Session 1 - Friday 19th May 6:30-9pm - Live Online
Session 2 & 3 - Saturday 20th May 10-5pm - F2F @The Nest
Session 4 - Sunday 21st May 10-1pm - F2F @The Nest

After session 4 we will enjoy a meal out in a beautiful local restaurant with your hypnobirthing group.

We keep the group to 5 couples maximum, so I can fully support each individual couple. I have a very honest and balanced approach supporting you make the right choices for you.

It’s an 11 hour course packed full of factual, clinical and logical information with a sprinkling of amazing birthing techniques to get you totally prepared!
