Come along to Body to Baby’s Hypnobirthing weekend course on Saturday 7th & Sunday 8th March 2020. Saturday is 12:30-6:30pm and Sunday is 10:30-4:30pm, both days will have a break half way through with drink and light bite refreshments provided.

Also included are the MP3 relaxations of the Katherine Graves Colour and Calmness relaxations, plus, you get relaxation scripts to enable you to practise at home as well as some HypnoBirthing Affirmations, the Inner Calm & Trust relaxation from Body to Baby, a parents training manual, special discounts for other Body to Baby classes… all of this to support you birth your baby without fear and create a calm & positive birth experience and of course our unconditional support until the birth of your baby.
We have also teamed up with the lovely ladies at Komu to bring you the ultimate newborn and parent preparation course. The first of its kind in the UK, Postnatal Digital Kit was created by a midwife and a mum to support parents through those early days, weeks and months with their newborn.
