Come along to Body to Baby’s Hypnobirthing weekend course on Saturday 11th & Sunday 12th January 2020. The Saturday & Sunday classes run from 10:30-4:30pm on both days and both days will have a break half way through with drink and light bite refreshments provided. 

It's held at the beautiful Ted’s Homestead in Earl Shilton, Leicester and taught by the fabulous Catherine Leach.

This course gives you all of the benefits of an antenatal and a hypnobirthing course all rolled into one!

Its full of factual, logical and clinical information about birth, supporting you and your birth partner feel prepared, confident and in control. Not only that, you will also be learning how to keep your mind and body calm throughout your pregnancy and birth by learning all the wonderful KG Hypnobirthing techniques to support a positive and calm birth, whatever your birthing journey decides to be. 

The course includes a free KG HypnoBirthing book, it's a fabulous read and beautifully compliments the KG Hypnobirthing course. Also included are the MP3 relaxations of the Katherine Graves Colour and Calmness relaxations, plus, you get relaxation scripts to enable you to practise at home as well as some HypnoBirthing Affirmations, as well as one of Body to Baby’s Pregnancy Relaxations called ‘inner Calm & Trust’, a parents training manual, special discounts for other Body to Baby classes… all of this to support you birth your baby without fear and create a calm & positive birth experience and of course my unconditional support until the birth of your baby.

Places are limited in order to maintain the personal level of service I hope to bring to the class. Bookings require a £50 deposit (or payment in full) to secure your place with the balance payable 2 weeks prior to the event.
