This workshop offers pregnant mummy’s the time and space to just relax and breathe!!!
Taking time to rest your mind and body, to connect with your precious baby bump and learn some techniques to help support you during your pregnancy, birth and beyond.
Katy, from Body to Baby, is a qualified Hypnobirthing practitioner and a pre & post-natal yoga teacher, with a huge passion to support Mummy’s through their pregnancy, birth and beyond.
This workshop will guarantee a truly blissful calming time for mummy and baby.
So, what will we be doing?
For the hour and 30 mins Katy will be taking you through the following:
- Beautiful breathing techniques to calm the mind & body during your pregnancy as well as supporting you during your birth.
- Some Hypnobirthing Relaxations to totally chill you out!
- As well as practicing some gentle massages which help to release endorphins during the birth (the body’s natural morphine)
This workshop will leave even the most stressed out mummy, totally relaxed, completely calm, happy and content.
