Due to popular demand, we have added another Group Hypnobirthing course in before the year ends!!

Come along to my Hypnobirthing course which will be run over 2 weekends on:

Sunday 25th November 10:30-3:30pm, and,
Saturday 1st December 1-6pm 

There will be a break half way through with drinks and light bite refreshments provided. 

It's held at the beautiful Yoga Loft in Burbage, Leics.

Come and surround yourself with like minded parents to be, who want to make a positive difference to their birth. 

The course is an antenatal educational programme entwined with the wonderful KG Hypnobirthing relaxation & breathing techniques to support a positive birth, what ever your birthing journey decides to be. 

The course includes the Katherine Graves HypnoBirthing book, it's a fabulous read and beautifully compliments the KG Hypnobirthing course. Also included is a MP3 of the Katherine Graves Colour and Calmness relaxations, plus, you get relaxation scripts to enable you to practise at home as well as some HypnoBirthing Affirmations, all of this to support you birth your baby without fear and create a calm & positive birth experience.....and of course my unconditional support until the birth of your baby.

Places are limited in order to maintain the personal level of service I hope to bring to the class. Bookings require a £50 deposit (or payment in full) to secure your place with the balance payable 2 weeks prior to the event.
