We invite you and your birth partner to join Body to Baby’s face to face group Hypnobirthing course this June. (ideal if you are due in Sept//Oct/Nov)

This supportive and jam packed birth preparation course has been created to positively help you fully prepare for your birth with other like minded couples in the beautiful calming space of The Nest in Hinckley.

We keep the group to 6 couples maximum, so I can fully support each individual couple there.

This course is on Saturday 31st Aug & 7thSept 10:30am -5pm with an hours lunch and delicious break times on both Saturdays.

The 2nd week we go out for lunch and dine together in a lovely local restaurant, supporting you create friends for life with your fellow hypnobirthing couples. (delicious break times are provided by us and you will need to provide your own lunch on the first Saturday & pay for your group meal out too)

It’s an 10 hour course packed full of factual, clinical and logical information with a sprinkling of amazing birthing techniques to get you totally prepared!
