Hypnobirthing Antenatal Courses


Choosing the right hypnobirthing antenatal course for you is important. We all have different motivations and individual needs which is why I've tailored my Body to Baby courses to provide a variety of ways in which to prepare for a confident and calm birth. Some of us enjoy sharing this experience in a small and intimate group environment and others have individual and personal needs that require something bespoke and private. 

Group Hypnobirthing courses are all held at The Yoga Loft, Burbage.

Private Hypnobirthing courses are held in the comfort of your own home.

Group Courses: 

2 x sessions over a weekend (6hrs each)
4 x Evening sessions (2.5hrs each)

This course is offered to you in both evening courses and weekend courses to suit everyone. The courses are run in small groups (8 couples maximum) and gives you all of the benefits of hypnobirthing plus the opportunity to meet and share your experience with other parents who are due their babies at the same time as you.

Some pre-reading is required prior to attending the weekend courses and enrolment forms will also need to be completed upon confirmation of booking for both weekend and evening courses. 

Group hypnobirthing courses can be booked online. A deposit of £50 is required to secure your place.


Private Courses

4 x evening sessions (2.5hrs each) or,
2 x Day sessions(6hrs each)

Private courses are completely bespoke to you and your birth partner to support the best birth for you. The classes will be done in the comfort of your own home.

Private Hypnobirthing courses are limited and are only available Monday evenings 7:00-9:30pm or during the day 9:30am-12:00pm 0r 9:30am - 3:30pm on a Tuesday.

Please note: A £5 petrol charge is applicable for each journey outside of a 10 mile radius of Burbage.


Caesarean Courses

2 x sessions (3Hrs each)

This is a private, bespoke course which includes 2 sessions at 3 hours each, all focused on a wonderful planned gentle caesarean birth.

Body to Baby

Pregnancy and Mother & Baby Yoga Classes


Yoga is a great practice that benefits both you and baby throughout pregnancy, motherhood and beyond. I am a qualified pre and postnatal yoga teacher and so my pregnancy and Mother & Baby yoga classes are specifically designed to build your strength, stability and flexibility as well as relaxing and rejuvenating you and is a great place to meet other expectant and new mums. My yoga classes are held at the beautiful Yoga Loft in Burbage so come along and join us on the mat.


Pregnancy Yoga

£32 (4 week Block, to be used within 5 weeks)

£10 per class - pay as you go

Fridays 5:30-6:30 PM

A great class to help prepare your body and mind for birth. Feel stronger, energised and ready to take it all on!

Be aware there is a bit of a warm up with some stairs to climb. You will find the Yoga Loft on the top floor. (It's well worth the climb!).

Each week we focus on a different discipline including: 

  • Womb & pelvic floor yoga

  • Optimal fetal positioning yoga

  • Strengthening & energising yoga

  • Flexibility & posture yoga

Mother & and Baby Yoga

£32 (4 week Block, to be used within 5 weeks)

£10 per class - pay as you go

Mondays 1:00-2:00pm
Wednesdays 11-12pm
Wednesdays 12:30 - 1:30 pm

A class designed specifically for new Mummy’s to help your body in its re-adjustment back after birth. Bringing baby along is a great way to bond (and I even get them participating in a few moves!). You can practice from 6 weeks after birth following your GP check-up and 10 weeks after a caesarean or 3rd/4th degree tear.

Just some of the areas we focus on in class:

  • Abdominal muscles

  • Pelvic floor

  • Relief from tired stiff muscles

  • Bonding time with baby

Workshop Relaxations


These relaxation workshops are specifically designed and tailored to support the Pregnant ‘Mummy to be’ and all the busy Mummies out there.

We have the ‘Pregnancy Relaxation Workshop’ & the ‘Mummy Meditation Workshop’

These workshops are held once a month.

The workshops focus on calming the mind and the body by eliminating all your tension and any stress or anxieties, to then replace it with the feeling of complete relaxation, calmness and confidence.
