The workshop is on Sunday 12th May 2-3 pm, held in the beautiful calming space of the Yoga Loft in Burbage and its £10 per person.
Katy, from Body to Baby, is a qualified Hypnobirthing practitioner, a pre & post-natal yoga teacher and NLP practitioner, with a huge passion to support Mummy’s through their pregnancy, birth, through to motherhood.
This workshop will guarantee a truly blissful calming time for mummy and baby.
So, what will we be doing?
For the whole hour Katy will be taking you through the following:
• Beautiful breathing exercises to calm the mind & body during your pregnancy as well as supporting you during your birth.
• Some Hypnobirthing Relaxations to totally chill you out!
• As well as looking at techniques to help support you through the birth of your baby.
This workshop will leave even the most busy and tired mummy, totally relaxed, completely calm, happy and content.
